Monthly Special

This month, at Obikà, there are two new Italian words to “taste”: “Tigella” and “Ciauscolo”.

The first refers to a kind of bread (prepared with water, flour, yeast and a small quantity of oil and milk) made in the mountainous valley near Modena, in Northern Italy, which is then topped with the delectable Salami paté called “Ciauscolo”, from the Marche region in central Italy: this exquisite medley is served with the mouthwatering Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP Obikà, which you all know by now, creating an appetizing combination that truly brings out the best traditional Italian flavours. This year February has 29 days, one more to savour Obikà's monthly special!
